1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of ra555's services is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the ra555 platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used.

By completing the ra555 registration process, by logging in to an existing ra555 account, or by placing any bet or wager on the ra555 platform, you are confirming your agreement to these Terms. This agreement is effective from the moment you first access any ra555 service.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the ra555 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

ra555 reserves the right to require you to acknowledge updated Terms at any point by presenting a confirmation prompt at login. Continued use of ra555 services after such a prompt constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use ra555 services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ra555 strictly enforces the 18+ minimum age requirement and does not permit access to any person below this age under any circumstances.
• You are using ra555 services for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of ra555 or any of its affiliated companies, game studios, or payment partners.
• You do not already hold an existing ra555 account. Each individual is permitted exactly one account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ra555 or had a ra555 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

ra555 may, at its sole discretion, request age and identity verification at any point during your use of the platform — not only at the withdrawal stage. Refusal to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours of the request) may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of ra555 services, you must register for an account by completing the ra555 registration form and providing accurate, current, and complete information. The following rules apply to all ra555 accounts:

Accuracy of Information

You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number as they appear on your government-issued identity documents. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ra555 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. ra555 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You must notify ra555 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your ra555 account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication (2FA) options in your account security settings.

KYC Documentation

ra555 is required to conduct identity verification checks in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the past 3 months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the ra555 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ra555 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket; ৳500 via bank transfer.
• ra555 does not charge any fees on deposits. Third-party mobile financial service providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your ra555 wallet in real time for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected.
• You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source minus any applicable processing costs.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 to any supported payment method.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day if submitted before 3:00 PM BST, or the next business day for requests submitted after that time.
• ra555 does not charge withdrawal fees. You will receive the full BDT amount you request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to KYC verification.

Anti-Money Laundering

ra555 is committed to preventing money laundering and the use of its platform for any illicit financial activity. ra555 reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious financial activity. In such cases, ra555 may request additional documentation and may report the transaction to relevant authorities as required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ra555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full KYC verification unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• ra555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.

Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a welcome bonus of ৳5,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ৳150,000 before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games contribute 10%). Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• If you attempt to withdraw funds before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Referral Bonus

Players who refer new users to ra555 via their unique referral link may receive a ৳500 credit per successful referral, subject to the referred player completing KYC verification and making a qualifying first deposit. ra555 reserves the right to refuse referral bonuses where evidence of fraudulent referral activity — including self-referral using alternative identities or devices — is detected.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

ra555 provides access to a range of gaming products including live casino tables, slot games, crash games, fishing games, card games, and sports betting markets. The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the ra555 platform.

Game Fairness

Sports Betting

Malfunction & Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session or live betting event, ra555 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the game state to its last confirmed position. ra555 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power outage. The principle of "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all ra555 game titles.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ra555 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be subject to civil or criminal legal action.

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one ra555 account under any identity, device, or payment method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with ra555 games or betting markets without human input.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional terms, wagering bonuses in a manner designed to minimise risk while meeting withdrawal thresholds, or self-referring using alternate identities.
• Money laundering: Using ra555 deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to launder, conceal, or transfer illegally obtained funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with bKash, Nagad, your bank, or card provider after ra555 services have been received.
• Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise compromise the ra555 platform, its servers, or its game infrastructure.
• Offensive conduct: Using the live chat or any ra555 communication channel to threaten, harass, abuse, or discriminate against ra555 staff or other players.

ra555 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Players who trigger fraud alerts may have their accounts placed under review pending investigation. During a review period, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. ra555 will communicate the reason for any review and the expected resolution timeframe to the affected player.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your ra555 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your nominated payment method, provided your account has passed KYC verification. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements must either complete those requirements or forfeit the bonus balance before closure is finalised.

Self-Exclusion

If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, ra555 offers a self-exclusion facility. Submitting a self-exclusion request permanently closes your account and prevents re-registration. All self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and handled with complete confidentiality.

Suspension by ra555

ra555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18.
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory directive requiring account closure.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ra555 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, up to the value of the remaining balance.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, software, design elements, game interfaces, and text published on the ra555 platform are the intellectual property of ra555 or its licensed game studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers). All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ra555 platform for your personal gaming entertainment. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works from any ra555 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or algorithm used by ra555.
• Use ra555 branding, logos, or trademarks in any public-facing context without prior written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the ra555 platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of ra555 intellectual property may result in legal action. ra555 actively monitors for brand misuse and will pursue remedies available under applicable intellectual property law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ra555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the ra555 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or gaming opportunities due to platform downtime or technical malfunction.
• Loss resulting from your own internet connection failure, device failure, or power outage during an active game session.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Actions taken by ra555 in good faith in response to a fraud investigation or regulatory directive.
• Changes to game rules, odds, or bonus terms communicated in advance via the ra555 platform or support channels.

ra555's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ra555 operates. In the event of any dispute arising between you and ra555, the following procedure applies:

Informal Resolution

In the first instance, all disputes should be raised with the ra555 customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. ra555 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days of first contact, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. ra555 will cooperate fully with any legitimate legal process and will provide relevant account records to appropriate authorities upon receipt of a valid legal request.

You agree that any legal action arising from these Terms must be initiated within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims initiated after this limitation period will be barred.

Language of Proceedings

All dispute communications, complaints, and legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be conducted in English. ra555 does not accept complaint submissions in any other language and will not be bound by translations of these Terms into any other language.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ra555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ra555 will notify registered players via one or more of the following methods:

• A notification banner displayed upon next login to the ra555 platform.
• An email to the address registered on your ra555 account.
• An update to the "Last updated" date visible at the top of this document.

Your continued use of ra555 services following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes that do not materially affect player rights — may be made without specific notification beyond updating the document version number and date.
